The modeling feature in Utah Compose allows teachers to model writing for their students.

1.  After logging in, click on your Initials in the upper right hand corner. In the displayed drop down menu, select View as Student.

2.  A demo student account opens that looks and functions like an actual student account. You can model how to navigate in and use Utah Compose to plan and write essays, as well as demonstrate other features available to students, such as Lessons and Reports.

3.  On the Writing tab, your demo student account allows you to model the steps in the writing process for your students from planning to publishing, including the critically important revision process. 

4.  To return to your teacher Home page, click on your Initials in the upper right hand corner. In the displayed drop down menu, select View as Teacher.
