School Admin Usage Reports

On the main Reports tab, the School Reports tab displays a variety of reports that allow school administrators to monitor activity in Utah Compose.

The Usage reports allow school administrators to view essay submissions, peer reviews given and received, and lesson usage at the school level. School administrators can drill down to view usage at the course level as well. 

The School Usage Summary report displays the total number of Essays and Draft submissions and the average number of drafts submitted per essay for the school. It also shows Peer Review and Lesson usage. 

The School Essays and Drafts Summary displays the essay data by course and for the school as a whole. 

  • Click the drop-down menu above the chart to change the information displayed.

The School Draft Usage Over Time by Course report displays the number of draft submissions by month for the school year. 

  • Use the drop-down menu to change the School Year information displayed.

The School Peer Review Usage by Course report displays the number of peer reviews requested and completed within the school and by course.

  • Click the drop-down menu above the chart to display peer reviews requested, completed, or both. 

The School Lesson Usage by Course report displays the amount of time students have spent on lessons by course. 

The School Lesson Usage by Category report displays time spent on lessons by lesson category. 

The School Lesson Usage by Category and Lesson report displays time spent on individual lessons within each category. 

  • Use the drop-down menu to choose the lesson category to be displayed.
