Edit Student

You have the ability to change the following information:

  • Scoring Level - You can select a different scoring level other than the student's current grade level in order to improve writing. Scoring levels are organized by grade bands and are assigned to each student based on their grade level by default. To assign a different scoring level, click the drop-down menu and select a different grade band. An asterisk next to the student's name will indicate that their scoring level has been changed. Click here to learn more about why you should use this option to improve an individual student's feedback.
  • Account Settings - To see a student's password, click Show.

Printing a Course Roster

To print a copy of the course roster displaying each student's name, username, and password, click the Print button.

Helpful tip: Some teachers find it useful to print the roster and cut the usernames and passwords into strips to give to students.
